Due to the increasing demand for even wider machines, Bomech has developed the new EVOLUTION V36.21 dribble bar. The functionality of this newly developed dribble bar is really very unique. The new EVOLUTION V36.21 with a maximum working width of 36 m can be telescoped by up to 7.5 m on each side. This allows the driver to adjust the working width continuously between 21 and 36 m. This new machine also offers the option of retracting one arm by 1.5 or 2 metres for buffer strips, for example. If the driver telescopes the boom, hose after hose is swivelled upwards by means of a cam track. They will fold in the middle area and are thus tight.

Double steel cable system (hydraulic)
Bomech has used the experience gained from the wide trailing shoe systems and developed a damping steel cable construction at the top behind and infront of the dribble bar. When the driver brakes, the forward-flying wings are stabilised by the hydraulically pre-tensioned cables, which are damped by means of a nitrogen bladder. This makes it possible to drive at relatively highspeeds. This system also prevents the machine from having to be folded and unfolded every time, because driving in the unfolded position is no problem with this system, even with an empty tanker

4 pieces of Alrena macerators
The new EVOLUTION V36.21 is equipped with 4 Alrena macerators. This not only guarantees a large flow rate, but also minimises the V-formation at the start of the slurry spreading. In addition, the Alrena macerator has many advantages such as very low wear, the ability to run dry without slurry and a very high distribution accuracy due to the patented air flow system. Automatic height control The new EVOLUTION V36.21 has a state-of-the-art height control system. By means of a height control sensor, both arms are controlled separately so that an optimal height distance to the ground is created in order to place the slurry in an optimal way. The arms automatically vary the height so that the EVOLUTION V36.21 does not touch the ground with the hoses.
